Derby Tweed

Derby Tweed originates from the 19th century and was developed for wear on Scottish estates for protection when working outside or undertaking country pursuits. The combination of wool mixed with other fibres makes the fabric a more robust alternative to 100% wool tweeds. The tweed is very recognizable with a strong texture giving it a rugged appearance and our Teflon coated Derby tweed baseballs and flat caps are highly suited for country sports and activities.
